 Hiroyuki Tezuka

Hiroyuki heads Nishimura & Asahi’s international dispute resolution practice. He specializes in international commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation. Hiroyuki serves as Vice President of the Japan Association of Arbitrators and as Chief Director of the Japan International Mediation Center in Kyoto, was Vice Chair of the Arbitration Committee of the IBA Legal Practice Division, and was Co-Chair of the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Committee at the IPBA from 2016 to 2020. From 2013 to 2016, he taught international arbitration and international dispute resolution at the University of Tokyo, School of Law as a visiting professor. He is a member of SIAC’s Cour of Arbitration, the International Court of Arbitration of ICC. |

Mr. Nguyen Cong Phu is in charge of the LNT’s Dispute Resolution Practice Group and his experience spans over 21 years. Before joining LNT & Partners, Mr. Phu worked as a judge for the Economic Court of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Court from 1999 to 2020, in which he settled more than 1000 trading dispute cases. He was also appointed as a Deputy Chief Justice of Economic Court of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Court for 14 years. |
