The 11th annual AmCham Breakfast with Santa will be held this year on December 8, from 9:00am to 12:30pm at the JW Marriott Hotel & Suites Saigon. The event is designed for families to celebrate Christmas together, and bring some Christmas joy into other’s lives.

We would love to invite you and/or your company to be a sponsor of this meaningful event.

Sponsorship and a portion of each adult ticket will help cover the participation of 30+ disadvantaged children from the Care to Rise Program. This initiative, co-led by the VinaCapital Foundation and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, focuses on ensuring access to education, protection, encouragement, and long-term care for vulnerable children.

In-kind Sponsorship: We welcome your in-kind contributions to enhance the Breakfast with Santa event experience. In-kind sponsorships can take various forms, and we appreciate your creativity and support in any of the following formats:
1. Gifts for Children: Items suitable for inclusion in a “goody bag” for all children to take home. We encourage minimal packaging to promote sustainability. We kindly request 250 items, and logoed items are acceptable.
2. Kid’s Corner: If you wish to create a fun “kid’s corner” with activities and games at the event, please let us know. Priority will be given to Gold & Silver sponsors based on space availability.
3. Food and Beverage Items: Subject to the hotel’s approval, you may contribute food and beverage items for the event. We prefer healthy options to provide a positive experience for our attendees.

Children under 12 months – free on parents’ lap.

(A portion of every adult ticket sold will help fund the cost for over 30 Covid-19 orphans from the Care to Rise Program. This initiative, co-implemented by VinaCapital Foundation and the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh City, is dedicated to providing access, protection, encouragement, and long-term care for Covid-19 orphans).
