2022 ASEAN Business Outlook Survey – ASEAN: The Future of the 21st Century Economy

AmCham Vietnam, in collaboration with AmCham Singapore and other AmChams in the ASEAN region, is pleased to share key insights from the 2022 ASEAN Business Outlook Survey (ABOS) – ASEAN: The Future of the 21st Century Economy. Among them, Vietnam is the top Asia Pacific country where companies are considering expanding, as was the case in 2021/2021.

With invaluable insights from senior executives representing AmCham member companies in ASEAN, ABOS measures the pulse of the business environment across this dynamic region and provides a comprehensive portrait of U.S. business activity in ASEAN member states.

As businesses recover from the global COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s survey also examines the impact of major U.S. initiatives such as the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework (IPEF) and the Partnership for Global Infrastructure and Investment (PGII) on commercial activities in the region.
