Event Description
Boosting Employee Engagement – Transforming to Organizational Success
Employee Engagement – it is the little things that matters the most!
A highly performing organization is driven by a happy and committed workforce. Without a strong engagement between employees and employers (or leaders), the company is likely to be a loser in the business battle. Employee engagement is an emotional commitment and which creates the power for employees to drive organization goals. We believe that employee engagement and its methodologies have been widely understood for decades. However if good practices are widely shared, we would see a step change in the workplace performance as well as the employee well-being too. Our sharing will focus on what practical solutions are facilitating employee engagement so as to achieve greater business results and maintain a healthy and satisfied workforce. One of the highlights is exploring the learning from North Asia practices of employee engagement and believe those practices may give inspiration to emerging countries like Vietnam and other South East countries.
Join us at an AmCham HR Committee morning seminar to discuss and share the above topic in form of a strategic workshop on September 11, 2018. The seminar is designed for executives, business leaders and managers who are aiming at winning a stronger employment commitment to create future organizational success.
