He has extensive experience advising and representing foreign governments and companies in U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings, as well as in safeguards (Section 201), unfair trade (Section 301), and national security (Section 232) duty proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission. Tung also provides guidance on complex customs compliance issues, including country of origin, classification, customs valuation, protests, and trade policy matters.
