Vietnam’s power development plan, PDP8, will have broad-sweeping impact, on renewable energy, LNG, and coal projects awaiting approval and underway, as well as Vietnam’s COP26 announced goal to be carbon neutral by 2050, and the ability of many companies to reach their own clean energy requirements for sourcing. Please join this briefing to hear from AmCham Hanoi Board member, Legal Committee Hanoi Chair and Baker & McKenzie Special Counsel Thanh Hai Nguyen, who together with AmCham Hanoi Chair and Bay Global Strategies Founder Ginny Foote, represented AmCham at a meeting on PDP8 with DPM Le Van Thanh and MOIT VM Dang Hoang An on Friday, November 19.
