Statement of Interest
I am writing to express my interest in serving on the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam. My hunger for fostering robust economic relationships between Vietnam and the United States, coupled with my extensive experience in the investment banking sector, makes this opportunity incredibly compelling. I am eager to contribute my skills and insights to further the Chamber’s mission of enhancing bilateral trade and investment ties.
Over the past 15 years, I have honed my expertise at J.P Morgan across major financial hubs including New York, Hong Kong, and now Ho Chi Minh City. As a trusted advisor to some of the largest global companies from the USA, China, Japan, South Korea, and Australia, I have developed a nuanced understanding of diverse market dynamics and a robust network of industry contacts. My experience has equipped me with the strategic vision and analytical rigor necessary to provide valuable guidance and support to the Chamber’s initiatives.
My primary goal for the Chamber is to build bridges between local Vietnamese corporations, the Vietnamese government, and U.S. corporations. I believe that fostering these connections is crucial for driving sustainable economic growth and enhancing mutual understanding. By leveraging my experience and network, I aim to facilitate meaningful partnerships and dialogues that will benefit all stakeholders involved.
